In 2019, I received my BSc. degree at Eindhoven University of Technology after a final bachelor’s project on bolaamphiphiles for hydrogel formation in the group of prof. dr. Rint Sijbesma. Subsequently, I visited the group of prof. Craig Hawker at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I studied the self-assembly behavior of block-copolymers in bulk conditions. In 2021, I joined the group of prof. dr. ir. Anja Palmans to conduct my graduation project on rhodium-catalyzed carbene reactions in amphiphilic polymeric nanoparticles in complex media. Afterwards, I went to Paris to perform my internship at DNA Script, where I worked on enzymatic DNA synthesis. In April 2023, I rejoined the group of prof. dr. ir. Anja Palmans as a PhD student. The aim of my project is to develop stimuli responsive single-chain polymeric nanoparticles for the interactions with cells.
