Jolanda Spiering

I graduated in 1996 at the HU University of Applied Sciences in Organic Synthetic Chemistry. The graduation project was done at a Company in Flavor and Fragrances with the synthesis of linear and branched aldehydes as project. In April 1997 I started as supporting staff member in the group of E.W Meijer. Later on, followed by the groups of R.P. Sijbesma and A.R.A. Palmans. In these groups my main target is synthesis on larger scale of organic molecules used for further functionalization by Graduate Students and Post-docs. Besides that, I’m also involved in synthesis courses for undergraduate students
